Returns


You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Please note that you are responsible for the return back to us. Use the shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable service so that the product and your refund isn’t lost. 

Instructions for returning:

 - Notify us in a clear statement to info@thetightcollective.com before the cancellation period.  Provide your name and order information.

- All items should be returned in its original condition and packaging to make sure the item is safe.

- We will refund the full amount paid for the product, through the same service that was used in the purchase. We will pay back the order as soon as we receive your return and make sure its in unbroken condition. You’ll get an email confirming that we received your return.
